Home Treatment Blue Light

POLY Clear Protocols

  1. Wash and cleanse the face according to your preferred protocol.

  2. Exfoliate the skin (optional).

  3. Position client under POLY treatment head so that the LEDs are approx. 2.5” from the skin. Client should always wear the provided eye protection during application of blue light therapy.

  4. Following the instructions in the user manual, treat the affected area. Note that there are 3 treatment head options: pure red, pure blue, and a combination head with both blue and red LEDs.

Pure Blue and Pure Red Treatment Heads:
When using pure red, pure blue treatment head, activate pure blue LEDs and treat for 13 minutes on day one. On day 3, treat with pure red LEDs for 15 minutes. Allow 24 hours between treatments.
Combination Blue/Red Treatment Head:
When using red and blue combination treatment head, activate blue LEDs and treat for 22 minutes on day one. On day 3, treat with red LEDs for 30 minutes. Allow 24 hours between treatments.
Two treatments per week, over 8 weeks is considered one course of treatment.
