UVBioTek LLC, 3 Depot Street, Hudson Falls, NY 12839 will replace defective electrical components found to be defective with new or comparable parts in exchange of defective parts for three (3) years from the date of purchase. UVBioTek LLC. warrants the POLY Pro’s steel structure to be free of defects in workmanship and material under normal use for its lifetime.

This Warranty does not cover non-working parts caused by equipment alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, or damages caused in shipping. This Warranty specifically EXCLUDES shipping fees for parts returned to UVBioTek, covered within these Warranty Terms and Conditions.

This limited Warranty is valid only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable and must be on file at UVBioTek in order for warranty to be Valid.
